In 1980, one of our neighbors told us they came cable for only $ 12 per month without advertising. How many satellite dish or cable service is now? And there are advertising! We do not know why we never bought a monthly subscription, but we know that the price is already skyrocketing. . . and every month. Maybe because we grew up in the era of "free" TV, but when the digital conversion took place, we went out and got our digital conversion box, and bought this antenna. This is a very short clip shows the work with my husband that the first antenna. The directions are easy to follow and the antenna was with us for almost a year until January 2010 Ice Storm. Unfortunately he had wrought on the pole antenna pause before the storm and the firstAntenna was ruined. However, even ruining, the antenna still resulted in television broadcasts from Oklahoma City, 70 miles away. We replaced the antenna in June 2010, ordering the exact same free from Amazon (shipping) and the antenna, like its predecessor, works well.
