This simple passive (not amplified) antenna is built solid. The base is not sufficient that only the tip weighted and rabbit ears are stiff enough to remove them without their flop over.

My only complaint is that the antenna uses a screw on the lid is hard to get on television. When connecting I wish I had three hands: one to hold the cable, to stabilize the TV and turn on the nipple on TV. If we had used a slipinstead of a plug-in screw cap, then both hands would be enough. So I think the pin sheet was wrong because it took several tries before you start screwing.

My wife and I bought this antenna for a new flat screen TV, the replacement of a tube TV 10 years ago. This is a great little antenna. It looks nice and stylish easy to install.
The UHF loop can be in any direction, or it can be folded flat for optimal reception. I can take about 10 UHF channels, all crisp and clear.
The VHF antennas can be moved 360 degrees for optimal reception, although strangely they seem to work best when they are fully extended. CH 3 and 10 are available in nice, but Channel 6 does not come to anything. I checked the site and CH 6discovered that I was not the only person in this field with this problem .. It is not to blame for the antenna. I also have problems with the PBS channels, the image is sharp, but sometimes the audio jumps .. Again, this is a problem with my position. However, the position of the VHF antenna and the tuning knob, which is a great feature, and I can show my profile PBS. All other channels are fine
without customization.
I have an old TV, then I need to use adigital converter, but I'm saving tons of $$$$$ on monthly cable bills. I hope CH 6 adapt their transmission problems and then I'll be happy as a clam.
