Terk Technology TV38 Outdoor HDTV Antenna Review
This can be a very large antenna for some, but the TV 38 Terk antenna is very good! I already had a Radio Shack XR-190 antenna mast in a storm blew down and destroyed. I am very pleased with the performance of this antenna. I set intitally into force on a shaker at 25 meters above ground and all the local stations, is 30 miles away 100%. I was even more surprised to be able to get some 'of San Francisco and San Jose TV station – both analog anddigital broadcasting. If I compare with the XR-190 for the antenna performance much better than the XR-190 TV38. How do you know what? I compared my memory of the transmission quality of a low-power analog UHF channel in Sacramento seemed to have a lot of snow at the reception on the XR-190. On TV38, the same low-power analog UHF station is now clear – almost as cable or HDTV.
Please note these tips in an effort to collect and preserveto install a TV antenna, Terk TV38 included. Before you read the installation instructions, then read at least twice. This will help avoid confusion, section or part which is to disperse. Secondly, be very careful in handling the products of long antennae on major customers such as TV38. These elements will fold easily and can be easily damaged. Thirdly, never installed on a windy day. This makes the installation dangerous. Channel Master 4220HD MetrotennaTM HDTV UHF Antenna Review
I live in an apartment in the center between San Francisco and San Jose, where the largest emitters 31 miles in the opposite direction. I first tried the RCA ANT525 amplified antenna. It took a lot of channels, but I had to raise the gain maximum.
