I live in a strong signal area (Los Angeles). My original installation MAG-24 spike-in UHF antenna is not good, but poorly on FM. I bought this because Apex capacity VHF and had hoped that the amp generally improve reception. VHF now satisfactory. Otherwise I noticed nothing dramatic.
