The hidden speakers produce a total of 20W of audio output, which is more than enough to fill a large room. All in all, for just $585, the Panasonic VIERA X1 TC-P42X1 is one of the best HDTV models in the market for the price.

Dynamic Contrast

LG – Life is beautiful. Well, I can only confirm that LG, life is always better, and their latest foray into the integrated Web-TV is great.

It provides a power-saving technology TruMotion LED-backlit, Full HD 1080p resolution and 120Hz, which is great as a motion blur to the naked eye completely eliminated.

This means that the LG 42-inch LCD hdtv 42LE5400 LED is great for sports and fast action movies of all at 2.6Millisecond response time.

There are also two USB ports for connecting external devices for playback of MP3 audio, JPEG photos and DivX video files in high definition, stereo speakers, 20 watts of power and Dolby Digital decoding, four hdmi inputs.

On the front display, it also offers deep blacks and crisp images on each screen in its class rivals with amazing 4,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio. I am currently using it in (very) and bright living room is bright enough to see LEDwithout any problem.

The Netcast integrated, you will have access to TV shows, movies and more directly streamed from the Internet on your TV screen.

In this respect, before reaching an internet connection I have a few moments, but was quickly restart my router, so the TV may have its own IP address resolved.

I had to press "Netcast 'or' widgets' on your remote control to activate the firmware update, but it was at this time that the TV automatically searchedby the recent update.

Once I was up and running Internet applications are pretty good. The TV connects to Netflix, Vudu, YouTube videos and the Internet. There are also the usual collection of Yahoo "widgets", which tells you the time and check stock prices as. They seem pretty useless.

Overall its a nice looking TV even when turned off. And 'so incredibly thin that compliments my living room and does not stick out like a sore thumb and probably the best TV panel in its price classArea.

LED Backlight

This system places LED backlights on the top and bottom of the panel, and sends the light toward the center of the screen. Using light guides and diffusers, it distributes the light over the entire panel to provide backlighting. There is no need to cover the entire rear surface with LEDs, so the panel module is thinner and a great deal of energy is saved.

120Hz Motion Picture Pro 4

Even fast-moving scenes are displayed sharply and clearly. With a 60Hz video signal input, 120Hz Motion Picture Pro 4 makes 120 frames/second from 60 frames/second. This increases the frame count to allow natural frame-to-frame transitions, for smooth motion images with high resolution. Motion Focus Technology also reduces flicker and effectively suppresses blurring and afterimages.

Dynamic Contrast

By combining the highly light-transmissive IPS Alpha Panel and high-brightness LED backlight, Panasonic have attained both high contrast and low power consumption. Also, by detecting the contrasting parts of the scene, the backlight is adjusted to maintain a brightness that is optimal for each area. Deep blacks are reproduced with no fading. The contrast between the brilliance of diamond-like stars and the deep black of the night sky produces a sharp, crisp image.
