Sharp Aquos LC42D65U 42-Inch 1080p LCD HDTV Review
Very happy with this purchase. It shipped from Amazon for 850.00 no tax, so can not complain about that! 5 HDMI inputs, PC input are available, it is a very scalable TV. People complain about it first hand pixels. Yes, you will see, a few blocks from the nearby (1 or 2 meters), but in my sitting 8-14 feet away, the screen is crystal clear. HD, of course, looks amazing. Xbox 360 in 1080 is fantastic. The speakers are indeed garbage, but one should expect that on any LCD or plasma, unless youDropping 1,500.00 +. A word about LCD vs. plasma. There are strong arguments for and against both technologies. For me it was up to something simple. Plasma generates heat, and heat and electronics do not mix!
