LG 42LGX 42-Inch 1080p 120hz LCD HDTV Review
I searched high and low for 40 to 42 "TV and that was the best deal on the market. I was told by the representatives (and reviews) that Samsung had the best picture and found it quite well. But for I was in the price range ($ 1000) was not finding the information I wanted. (120Hz, set of 42 ", 1080p, auto light, turntable), in fact, it was very difficult to make a serious TV producers with a 120 Hz -42 are found in this price range. Then I bumped against the 42LGX. I thought the TVwas with the breathtaking scarlet on the back of the base chrome and clear, see-through power cycle. He had all the information and the picture was absolutely overwhelming! I saw them side by side with a comparable Samsung, and the images were very similar. When comparing with the Samsung models in the same price, the picture was better. Samsung is only a 60Hz TV at this price with a 40in screen. It seemed so simple minors. The LG was a breeze. The only thingthat the decision was difficult for the 42LG70. E 'was exactly the same information, but it was 1.8in thick. E 'being wound up, as a display model for $ 850 and BK was new for $ 999. The next Samsung in price and functionality was around $ 1300. I landed on my Frye's Electronics, with a guarantee of 5 years and are very happy with the deal.
I use the TV with my computer (I mean a separate cable TV) to watch movies and TV programs on the Internet and works fine. I use WindowsMedia Center, and I have no problem in a comprehensive and wide window shows in high definition. I also use a video capture card, which shows me all the features of a DVR HD. The HD over the air and seems much better than cable or satellite television. The TV works very well as a second monitor with a DVI port. You can not say if you watch TV from your computer or sent directly to your TV – looks so good. Even if people see, I can not believe I have no cable.
I wouldrecommend this TV to anyone. Easy setup – I did not even make changes to the color settings at all. Directly from the field, they look great. And the menu and just as easy. It is quite easy to make connections with ease, it's just a great looking TV. If you are offered for sale, buy it! Not regret it.
