My Sony KDL-52XBR9 arrived today and I hooked up this evening. I am very impressed. This is not my first HDTV. It replaces a 34-inch Sony WEGA HDTV CRT TV that I bought in 2003 and I have a XBR6 in another room. The picture quality is very good. I am not an expert and you do not argue over technicalities. All I know is that I make-up does not cover the face entirely new to see yet, and I can not control his dental work. Probably more than I really needto see.
